  • To process payments and manage Direct Debit subscriptions.
  • To handle and track warranty claims and repair updates.

  • GoCardless, our payment provider, to process Direct Debit payments.
  • DVLA and vehicle data services, to verify vehicle details.
  • Repairing garages and engineers, to assess and carry out repairs.
  • IT service providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
  • Regulatory authorities, where legally required to disclose information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the warranty service and for the periods required by law:

  • Warranty policy and claim records: retained for the duration of the policy plus 6 years after expiry.
  • Payment records: retained for 6 years for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Dealer account records: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 6 years.
  • Cookie data: retained for up to 12 months, depending on the category.
